By combining advanced data science with genomic science, Genomics enables personalised prevention, research acceleration and clinical decision support in a rapidly expanding genomics and precision medicine market. It operates at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences, and predictive genetic technology.
Key Challenges
When Genomics partnered with Propel, their primary challenge was a lack of alignment between sales and marketing, resulting in a fragmented go-to-market strategy. Despite having a genuinely differentiated, market-leading product, there was uncertainty around how best to position and commercialise it across target audiences. In addition, the business was constrained by legacy CRM technology that was not fit for purpose, limiting visibility across the funnel and making it difficult to track, nurture, and convert demand effectively as they looked to scale their growth efforts.

Propel supported Genomics by designing and delivering a joined-up go-to-market foundation that aligned sales, marketing, and technology. We led a structured discovery and consultancy programme to define a clear GTM strategy, establish lead management frameworks, and position HubSpot as the central system connecting teams and data. To underpin this, we delivered a full migration from their old CRM to HubSpot, including data cleaning, reporting, and team training, ensuring Genomics had a scalable CRM platform fit for modern growth and long-term commercialisation.
